1 tablespoon hot paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1 clove of garlic
1/2 white onion
14 ounces of peeled tomatoes
17.6 ounces baby potatoes
Cook the potatoes in boiling water.
In a food processor or a blender, pulse the paprika, sugar, garlic, onion, tomatoes and salt.
Pour a stream of olive oil in a pan and transfer the contents of the food processor to the same pan. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Transfer the potatoes to a deep dish, season with salt and pour the sauce over it. Finish with minced parsley.
