7 ounces fresh strawberries
7 tablespoons water
14 tablespoons cream (25 percent fat content)
7 ounces de plain yogurt
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 package flavorless red gelatin
Beat the strawberries with the water in the processor.
Sieve the mixture to remove the seeds.
In the processor, beat the cream, yogurt, sifted strawberries and sugar. Add the dissolved gelatin prepared according to package instructions and beat some more.
Pour in small molds and refrigerate until firm.
Garnish with fresh strawberries.
