Crispy bacon green bean fries with onion dip

For the fries:
2 pounds green beans, trimmed
8 strips of bacon, crisped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
3 eggs, beaten
For the dip:
2 teaspoons dried, minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried, minced onion
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F, and line a baking sheet with foil.
In a food processor, blitz bacon and breadcrumbs until fine. Season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Toss together green beans and egg, and, working in batches, dip green beans into bacon-breadcrumb mixture and place on prepared foil pan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
